A.P.R. Registration Certificate       (Click here to view Sample Certificate)
After the pitbull is registered, the owner receives a registration certificate.  The registration certificate shows
the pit's and dog owner's information.  The names of the parents also appear.  The number of generations is
listed (minimum of 3).  The original certificate has a raised seal with the American Pit Registry's (A.P.R.)
unique stamp.

On the reverse side of the certificate is the application for transfer of ownership.  If the owner sells the pitbull,
the new owner must fill this application, have the original owner's signature, and pay the fee listed.  The new
owner will receive a new certificate with the updated information and a pedigree (if requested and paid for).
A.P.R. 4-Generation Pedigree       (Click here to view Sample Pedigree)
Once a pitbull is registered with the American Pit Registry (A.P.R.), the owner can begin to maintain a
pedigree for the pit's future generations.  The American Pit Registry (A.P.R.) will maintain records of litters
produced by the sire/dam in order to maintain a pedigree.
